 Jin Junmei is a kind of top-grade Zhengshan small black tea, which belongs to the category of black tea. The production of Jinjunmei black tea only follows the traditional production methods of some zhengshan races. When withering, the tea green and the original bright green turn into dark green, which is regarded as maturity. Fermentation is the most important link, which should be carried out according to the weather. If the degree of fermentation is not in place, it will easily produce bitterness; If the fermentation time is too long, it will not produce the unique honey fragrance of Junmei, just like the normal race of Zhengshan.

Brewing method

 It is recommended to take about 3 grams (about 0.1 oz) of tea, pour about 150 ml (about 5.3 oz) of water, the temperature is about 90℃, and soak for 30 seconds. You can also add more tea, depending on your taste, and stay a little longer for a stronger flavor.
